Our last few blog posts have been highlighting how our minds can click into a setting and affect the way life looks and how we handle things and how easy it can be to snap out of it. We have had many comments from people seeing settings they never knew they had and how helpful that is.
This week’s post talks about some of the more common (and invisible) settings we fall into like worry and seriousness and shows you that you are already equipped to deal with your settings.
