What is the difference between digital download and audio cd?
A digital download provides the same content as an audio cd, but can be accessed immediately upon purchase. The digital version can be played on any music platform of your choice (iTunes, etc.). You will not receive a physical product when you purchase a digital download, however, you will receive a free digital download when you purchase an audio cd.

I have purchased my digital downloads, now what do I do?
Upon finishing checkout, you should receive a link to download your product. Click on that link to begin the download process. If nothing happens when you click on the link, please check your browser to make sure that your pop-up blocker is not interfering with the download process. Make sure to save the audio content on your computer. You can access your downloads by logging into your Pransky and Associates Store account and selecting "completed orders."

I successfully downloaded my audio content but I cannot get it to play on my music player. What's going on?
Pransky and Associates digital downloads are in MP3 format and should work with most audio platforms. Please check to make sure you have saved your content in an appropriate folder on your hard drive. You will receive you content in a ZIP file which you may have to "Unzip" in order to add the content to your music player. If problems persist beyond this point, please contact the help center for you specific music platform.

Why do I have to create a Pransky and Associates store account?
In order to receive your digital downloads, you must create an account so that you can access your product. Since all audio content (Sydney Banks product excluded) contains a free digital download, we ask that all customers create an account. You do not have to be added to our mailing list when you create an account. If you wish to opt out of our mailing list, please unmark the box during the checkout process.

I used to have a Pransky and Associates store account a long time ago and now I cannot access it. What happened?
In December 2012, we changed our store platform to offer you a better shopping experience. Unfortunately and unexpectedly, we lost the ability to access customer accounts created prior to this switch. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask you to please create a new account.

I live outside the U.S. How long will it take for me to receive my physical product?
Shipping to the UK and Europe generally takes 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer tracking for shipments outside the U.S.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

I have received a discount code, where do I enter it?
You will be able to enter discount codes after you have begun the checkout process, before you enter payment information.
