This flagship program offers a unique opportunity to disengage from the daily grind and take a step back to see the bigger picture. It’s our most popular and impactful program, designed to provide a solid understanding of the Three Principles and how they apply to your own life.
The entire program takes place virtually via Zoom and consists of two 90-minute sessions each day for four consecutive days. Between sessions, your consultant may suggest audio resources for further reflection, or they might encourage you to simply relax, reflect, or take a mindful walk.
Your program also includes two one-hour follow-up calls, designed to be completed within two months of your intensive, ensuring you continue to benefit from the wisdom gained during the experience.

Refund Policy
Testimonials
All fees are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Programs require a non-refundable deposit of 25% due upon confirmation of dates. Please call/email our office with a credit card or you can also send a check for your deposit.
Our cancellation policy is that the deposit can be transferred to new dates if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the first day of your program and re-scheduled within one calendar year of original dates. No deposit is refunded for programs that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to the first day of your program.
