Moods | Have Them Without Them Having You

Welcome to our Moods recording, where we delve into the ever-changing nature of our emotions. Just like the ebb and flow of ocean tides, our moods shift and transform throughout our days. This recording provides insight into what moods are and how our understanding of them can lead to greater compassion for ourselves and others. By exploring our relationship with our moods, we can gain a deeper sense of emotional well-being and understanding. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health or simply gain a better understanding of your own emotions, this recording offers valuable insights and guidance.

This audio discusses:

  • How thoughts and perceptions change in high and low moods
  • The impact of low moods on thoughts, self-consciousness, and decision-making, and how low moods can distort reality and lead to negative behavior patterns
  • Strategies for dealing with low moods, including avoiding major decisions, minimizing analysis, and recognizing the temporary nature of moods
  • The relationship between external factors and mood fluctuations, and the idea that understanding moods can help mitigate their negative effects
  • Approaches for dealing with other people’s low moods with compassion, avoiding reasoning with them, and recognizing that their mood is influencing their behavior

    I don't have a depressed personality

I love this audio. It made me see, that am not a depressed person. I just camp out on a low level at the elevator. That gave me so much relief. I just laugh at that.

Now i can relax in a low mood ( by leaving it alone) , and know that its not me, its just a low mood thinking. Thank you, that help me a lot.
